Overview

Influenced by nature, this special seasonal Yoga and Ayurveda event offers practical and effective flow and food experiences in the pursuit of your wellness. Talk about food, seasonal eating, energetics and the benefits of it all.
Get hands-on and create seasonal food in an Ayurvedic cooking class.
Eat delicious, nourishing food and enjoy homegrown refreshments.
Absorb ancient wisdom by learning about fundamental concepts of nature.
Take time to pause and reflect with conscious journaling.
Rest, reset and settle with a complete Restorative Yoga class.

Be guided to cultivate and balance natural energies, inspired to create nutritious and delicious food and educated to help inform your choices. All yoga levels of experience and interest are welcome.
