Burley Griffin Canoe Club Come & Try

Overview

As part of the ACT Government's 60th Anniversary celebrations for Lake Burley Griffin, BGCC is excited to be running a Come & Try Day at Lennox Gardens.

With an array of on and off-water activities, there's something for all ages, including the option to hop into a range of kayaks. Featuring off-water activities such as kayaking-related challenges and displays by ACT and Australian athletes, don't miss out on this opportunity to earn a limited edition LBG 60th Anniversary pin and learn more about the only canoe club in the ACT.

This free event is sure to be fun for the whole family, and will also include special membership discount offers for those attending. Participants will need to sign a waiver, and those participating in water activities should dress appropriately (e.g. clothes that can get wet, bring a towel). All activities will be closely supervised.
