Overview
Using ancient sounds and healing techniques, Sound healing is a harmonious practice that promotes self-healing, relieves stress and anxiety, and frees the body from discomfort.
Sound healing may help with stress, anxiety, mood, pain management, sleep, and more—the possibilities are endless! The practice effectively achieves a state of relaxation and moves through blockages in the body to cleanse the system, release emotions, and settle hearts. You may innately respond to vibrations as the healing qualities of sacred sounds resonate with you on a deep level.
As you lay down, focus on your breathing, relax, and experience various sounds, frequencies, and vibrations of different qualities. Witness a variety of musical and sacred instruments, including Gong, Medicine Drums, Didgeridoo, Native American Flutes, Shruti Box, Crystal Bowls, Ocean Drums, and Chimes.
Facilitated by intuitive practitioners Peter and Connie from Hum, group sharing is invited after the practice as you integrate your experience.
Please bring:
A yoga mat or a comfortable towel to lay on
A blanket
A pillow (suggest bringing 2)
An eye pillow (if you like using one)
Wear comfy clothing (Pajamas are totally acceptable)
