Le Cheeserie Wine and Cheese Masterclass

Overview

Le Cheeserie is one of Canberra's best and most specialised cheese shops located at the Capital Food Market. Le Cheeserie offers the highest quality cheese, making sure they always provide their customers with an Australian and International selection that is harder to find or in their opinion just phenomenal!

The team from Le Cheeserie will hand-select three of their best and favourite cheeses, these will then be matched to a number of their wines. They will look at the cheese's best match as well as offer some contrasting wines and showcase how to find the best pairing. The masterclasses will have an expert on hand from both Le Cheeserie and Mount Majura Vineyard for all your cheese and wine-related ideas.

The Masterclasses will take up to one hour. Tastings will include three cheeses and accompaniments. Along with approximately two glasses of wine split across a number of wines for tasting.

They have two sessions running; 11:30am and 1:30pm. Then feel free to stay for live music in the afternoon.
