Emilia-Romagna, located in northern Italy, is renowned for its rich culinary history and cultural significance. The region is home to 14 UNESCO World Heritage Sites and over 200 IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) products, including Parmigiano Reggiano, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, and Prosciutto di Parma.

An optional wine pairing is available, featuring a curated selection of wines from Emilia-Romagna to complement the meal for an additional cost.

Famous for its fertile land, Emilia-Romagna produces a variety of renowned wines. While sparkling Lambrusco is the most famous, the wines of the region range from light, dry varieties in the west to full-bodied, rich options in the east. Albana and Trebbiano are notable white grapes grown in the region, each with distinctive flavours.
