Sound Healing for Men Experience Mandala Community Sound Event

Overview

Free your body from discomfort and relax as you experience Sound Healing for men guided by HUM at Flow and Food Yoga & Ayurveda, Lynheam. This event is for men to share masculine energy and clearing in a safe and sacred way.

Sound healing uses ancient instruments to help unlock stored emotions, relieve stress, and settle anxiety. As you lie down, focus on your breathing, relax, and experience various sounds, frequencies, and vibrations of different qualities. Witness a variety of musical and sacred instruments, including gongs, Medicine Drums, Didgeridoo, Native American Flutes, Shruti Box, Crystal Bowls, Ocean Drums, and Chimes.

The practice encourages and effectively achieves a state of relaxation and moves through blockages in the body to cleanse the system, release emotions, and settle the heart. You may innately respond to vibrations as the healing qualities of sacred sounds resonate with you on a deep level.

Facilitated by intuitive practitioner Peter from Hum, group sharing is invited after the practice as you integrate your experience.

Online bookings are essential.

Flow and Food Yoga & Ayurveda classes are accessible and suitable for everyone. A chair and supportive props can be provided if you'd like to attend but cannot comfortably lie on the floor. Please let them know when you sign up by emailing.
