Savasana Session Yoga Workshop

Overview
Savasana is a yoga pose of integration and total relaxation, making it one of the most challenging. Traditionally, it is known as the most essential pose (Asana) in yoga practice. At this session, explore Savasana's purpose and the spiritual meaning behind this final resting pose. Guided by Muriel Mace, the Savasana Session will explore different ways to come to Savasana deeply and be present in the moment. This class includes open discussion, complementary spiced tea, reflection, gentle movement, mindful yoga postures to mobilise energy and settle minds, and, of course, a long, restful Savasana.
