Join Rhône Girl, Steph Eyles, and Canberra wine educator Emma Shaw as they unpack shiraz, syrah, and shiraz viognier.

A Canberra District classic variety, you'll explore the spiritual home of shiraz viognier with some beautiful examples from the Rhône Valley as well as wines closer to home.

You'll cover wine style, winemaking techniques, and food and wine pairing - and you get to do all this by tasting through a hand-picked selection of premium wines.

Drawing on her experiences living and working in the Rhône Valley, Steph has sourced different syrahs showcasing the range of the region and its terroirs, while Emma has complemented this with some of Canberra's best shirazes, including the sold-out 2024 Jimmy Watson Trophy winner - the Four Winds Vineyard 2023 Shiraz.
