The Blooz hosts the Canberra Blues Society May Pro Blues Jam.

The Blooz is five Canberra based musicians playing Chicago blues - that soulful blend of groove and electric guitar that powers the music of John Lee Hooker, B.B.King, Albert and Freddy King, Howling Wolf, Muddy Waters and more.
The band formed 2 years ago and has been playing at venues around Canberra. The sound is tight and soulful, exploring the full range of electric blues music from Chicago in the 1950s to today's sophisticated take on the idiom. The Blooz repertoire also features original compositions inspired by the masters.

The host band will be followed by some of the finest musicians in the region jamming together for a great afternoon of live blues music. So bring your family, bring your friends and don't forget your dancing shoes.
