Annual Winemaker Truffle Dinner

Overview
Truffle Season Has Arrived - and It's Next-Level Indulgence.
This isn't just any mushroom moment. It's a full-blown, five-course celebration of truffle decadence with the option to take it up a notch with expertly matched wines (because why not go all in?).
After more than six years of serving truffle magic, this year's menu is reaching new flavour heights.
The spotlight is on fresh local truffles from Blue Frog Truffles, grown in the region's rich volcanic soil, giving them that signature deep, earthy intensity. (Fun fact: it can take up to seven years for a truffle to mature after planting - talk about a slow-burn flavour bomb.)
Adding to the luxury, diners will be treated to the prized Glacier 51 Toothfish - an Antarctic deep-sea delicacy known for its silky texture and melt-in-your-mouth richness. It's like butter... if butter lived underwater and did Pilates.
Truffles are fleeting. Tickets are limited. And this feast is not to be missed. Come hungry, leave truffully satisfied.
