Rise and Release: Menopause Yoga Workshop for Emotional Balance

Overview
This three-hour workshop is a safe, nurturing space for women navigating the emotional intensity of perimenopause and menopause, especially rage, irritability, sadness, and fear.
You'll begin by exploring the science behind hormonal changes and their impact on mood, helping you understand why you may be feeling more reactive or emotionally charged. From there, you'll be guided through a calming and rejuvenating yoga practice designed to release tension, cool fiery emotions, and restore inner steadiness.
The session also includes a supportive women's circle, where you'll gently explore how to stop resisting these changes and instead, befriend your feelings and meet this transition with greater acceptance, compassion, and self-understanding.
Drawing from both Western science and Eastern wisdom, this workshop offers practical tools and soulful support for finding balance in the storm.
All emotions are welcome. No yoga experience needed.
