This month-long event transforms Midnight Bar into a vibrant Springtime Gin Garden to celebrate Floriade. Throughout the season, guests can enjoy floral styling and bespoke cocktails featuring Underground Spirits' limited-edition Floriade Gin, including the signature colour-changing Illusionist.

The highlight is the Teapot Affair – a whimsical shared cocktail experience served in elegant teapots, designed to be enjoyed with friends. Guests can also book the Springtime Gin Garden Experience, which includes a signature cocktail on arrival and shared antipasto boards of seasonal delights.
