Across three signature events, guests will be treated to her unique approach to food, blending Mediterranean flavours with the best of Canberra's local bounty.

On Saturday evening, join us in the Glasshouse for an exclusive hosted dinner. This multi-course menu, curated by Laura, will highlight refined seasonal dishes paired with a selection of estate wines, offering a truly immersive dining experience.
