The Viewing Park becomes a vibrant space with lawn games, seasonal treats and wagyu food options. Guests can unwind with a picnic, enjoy the sunshine or cool down with frozen refreshments while live music creates a festive atmosphere.
Animal lovers can enjoy themed keeper talks throughout the summer, with celebration weeks highlighting some of the zoo's most loved residents including birds, porcupines, zebras and iconic Australian animals! Hands-on activities add to the experience. Children and curious minds can enjoy colouring, treasure hunts, hayrides, jumping castles and the digital extinction trail. Special event days introduce surprises such as roaming dinosaurs, silent discos, outdoor movies and mascot appearances.

Excluding food and beverage specials, many activities are included with general admission and free for zoo members.
