Overview

Head to Canberra Museum and Gallery for some lunchtime art engagement, aimed at decompressing and boosting focus through a creative and mindful break in the middle of the workday.

Each free session of this six-week pilot program runs for 30 minutes. Beginning with a body scan or other mindfulness exercise to prepare you, you will then explore art on display at CMAG through a facilitated engagement activity. The sessions are designed to support slowing down, connecting and discovering new ways of viewing.

As this is a pilot program, they will be collecting feedback from participants via a short, 2-minute anonymous questionnaire at the conclusion of each session. In return for your valuable feedback, they are offering each session for free and gifting a CMAG coffee voucher for each completed feedback sheet.
