Wild Winning x Wild Discoverie

Overview

The National Zoo and Aquarium invites visitors to explore wildlife through Wild Winning and Wild Discoveries, a weekend of interactive activities and family fun. Guests can enjoy outdoor lawn games, creative animal themed colouring and discovery activity sheets that encourage exploration around the zoo. Completed sheets offer the chance to win a place in the zoo's school holiday program, Zoocation. Zoocation is the school holiday program with a difference, during a fun-filled day children will get up close and personal with many of the zoo's animals, learn about their environment, create awesome arts and crafts pieces and have fun on Canberra's best playground!

Visitors can also take part in a lucky door prize draw featuring prizes such as animal encounters, zoo vouchers and an exciting tour. Wild Winning and Wild Discoveries highlights the unique experiences offered at the National Zoo and Aquarium. The event combines interactive activities, educational opportunities and fantastic prizes for a fun-filled experience for the whole family.
