Sweat the System

Overview
'Sweat the System' is a disability-led movement workshop facilitated by artist Amy Claire Mills. This in -person workshop invites participants to move and shake their bodies through sweat and play.
With guided exercises, movement, and music, 'Sweat the System' explores how bodies become a form of rebellion. This is not about fitness; it's about liberation, using movement as a tool for self-expression, catharsis, and collective joy.
No experience necessary. Wheelchairs, mobility aids, and rest breaks are welcome. Movement looks different for everyone, and every way of moving is authentic. Come as you are, get loud, take up space, and sweat the system.
