Kick off the evening with a welcome cocktail and the Spirits CBR Expo, where you'll hear directly from all five distilleries: Underground Spirits, Wild Brumby Distillery, Everyday Legacy Craft Distillery, Hillman Bros Distillery, and The Canberra Distillery. Meet the makers, ask questions, and taste what they've brought along.

Afterwards, dinner begins. Four courses, four cocktails, each one crafted around the spirits and stories you've just heard. A night where local craft, regional character, and genuine passion come together at the table.
