Two Feet & A Heartbeat is HeartKids' annual community walk, bringing thousands of heart kids, heart adults, families, friends, and supporters together across Australia each October.

Walk to remember every heart story, celebrate every milestone, honour those you carry forever in your heart, and raise vital funds to support people impacted by childhood-onset heart disease.
