Casino Canberra is proudly part of Floriade About Town, bringing the festive magic into the heart of the city.

Hosted at Natural Nine, the popular Floriade High Tea returns to welcome the season with a distinct modern Shanghainese twist. Departing from traditional high tea menus, Natural Nine's culinary team presents a savoury feast featuring items such as chicken & truffle steamed mini bao, duck & hoisin mini filo cigars, and cumin lamb skewers with coriander salsa. Guests will experience spring sweetness with delicacies including Nutella & red bean mini spring rolls, chilli & white chocolate egg pudding, and jasmine tea cream seared bao with coconut mango gel.

To complement the dishes, diners can choose from a curated selection of premium traditional teas or upgrade their experience with handcrafted Tea Cocktails such as the Earl Grey Marteani, Lavender Collins, or Hibiscus Margarita.

Available on select weekends throughout the festival, this dining experience offers locals and visitors the perfect mid day indulgence after exploring Canberra's blooming gardens.
