Transport Heritage Day – 100 Years of Public Transport in the ACT

Join the Canberra Transport Museum on Saturday, 26 September 2026 as they celebrate 100 years of public transport in the ACT!

Come along and explore a special heritage display featuring historic vehicles, photographs, uniforms, ticket machines and other transport memorabilia, with displays from across Canberra's transport community.

You can also experience Canberra's transport history on the move with our special Heritage Route 333 service between Belconnen and Tuggeranong, stopping at Canberra City and Woden.

The service will feature CTM's Renault PR180.2 articulated bus alongside a modern Transport Canberra articulated bus.

Bring the family and help us celebrate a century of Canberra's public transport history!
