Overview

Round 8 will be a big one for the Capitals as we shine a spotlight on mental health before facing Bendigo Spirit on Friday night.

Mental Health Round is an opportunity for our club and community to come together, start conversations and remind each other that it's okay to ask for help.

On court, the Caps will be looking to make a statement against the Spirit - with plenty happening both on and off the court, this is a game you won't want to miss.
