Dialogue in Glass: Public Exhibition

Overview
The Embassy of the Czech Republic presents 'Dialogue in Glass' in partnership with Canberra Glassworks.
Dialogue in Glass is a public solo exhibition by Zoja Trofimiuk, a Czech sculptor and printmaker based in Melbourne who specialises in cast glass and bronze.
Having moved to Australia in 1984, she studied in Prague, Poland and Melbourne and has exhibited nationally and internationally. Her work draws on the unique qualities of glass, using its transparency to capture invisible forms and its interaction with light to express the passing of time. Through sculpture, she explores fundamental questions of being and offers a comment on human existence.
