Nourish & Chill: A Summer Ayurveda Day Retreat

Overview
Step into a deeply cooled nervous system, reset your energy, and lock in your 2027 intentions. By February, the peak of Canberra's summer heat has fully arrived. In Ayurveda, this late-summer stretch is when Pitta (the fire element) accumulates and overflows, often leaving you burnt out, irritable, or physically depleted just as the New Year's momentum starts to fade.
Nourish & Chill is your dedicated late-summer sanctuary to hit the reset button. Together, you will bridge the gap between high-summer energy and the fresh-start intentions of the year ahead, using the time-tested wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda.
What your day includes:
Cooling and pacifying yoga: A soothing, fluid Asana and Pranayama (breath direction/control) practice designed to release trapped late-summer heat, calm the mind, and pacify Pitta.
Interactive Ayurveda workshop: Learn how to navigate February's dry heat using diet, lifestyle adjustments, and daily rituals that keep your inner fire (Agni) bright without overheating.
2027 Agni Ritual: A powerful, symbolic intention-setting (Sankalpa) practice to reignite your vision for the year ahead while shedding the holiday stress.
Organic Ayurvedic lunch: A fully catered, delicious, and cooling plant-based feast designed specifically to soothe summer digestion.
Leave the studio feeling fully recharged, deeply nourished, and ready to navigate the rest of 2027 with a cool head and an open heart.
